phpPennyAuction 2.4.2 – Many bug fixes and cleanups

A while ago we released the Beta version of 2.4.2, followed by a release candidate. Now’ it’s ready and we’ve released the Stable version. There are various minor – but important – changes to the underlying features of the software, more information can be found in the included changelog below, for those who want to review the differences in a little more detail:
Improved caching to reduce database / SQL queries load
Switched to OpenInviter import system to use Facebook & 40 other optional networks
Fixed the user reset glitch
Locked ability to change usernames once registered
Improved stats recognition engine for greater accuracy
Fixed SMTP -sendmail bug when registering
Fixed CSS display issues in Admin Panel with smaller resolutions
Added support for non-UTF characters and double-barrelled names in Forms

…and various other minor bug fixes.

    So, how do I upgrade exactly?
    I did some customization in scripts (mostly in template folder) and I need to keep them.
    Can I upgrade only the modified files? can you provide a list?
