Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, should your country of origin win the final football game of the 2010 FIFA World Cup on the 11th of July 2010, Scriptmatix Limited will refund you the price of the Product. 2. By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is open to those aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Scriptmatix Limited (“Scriptmatix”), its group of companies and any of its affiliates, subsidiary companies, successors and assignees, representatives and agents and anyone else who may be involved or connected with this promotion. 3. To enter this promotion you must purchase either the Standard or Professional package on or after 00:01 BST on Tuesday 8th June 2010 and before 23:59 BST on Wednesday 30th June 2010 (“Product”). 4. The country in which your order is placed and where the IP address is used upon order will determine “country of origin” as per paragraph 1 above. 5. One Entry per script purchased and one Entry per household. An Entry shall not be valid if you have cancelled or received a refund in respect of the Product. 6. Your money will be refunded PROVIDED you fulfil the following cumulative conditions: (a) you submitted a valid Entry in accordance with paragraph 3 above, and (b) once, and if your country has won the final football game of the 2010 FIFA World Cup on the 11th of July 2010, you return your valid, original and undamaged email sales receipt from 2Checkout to Scriptmatix Ltd, Unit 223 Fortenay House, Ongar Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 9GB, United Kingdom together with the valid unique Order ID of the Product (which is found in the sales receipt received after purchasing the Product) on or before 22 July 2010, 11.59 pm. Correspondence received after the 22nd of July 2010 will not be accepted. 7. This offer is non-transferable and Scriptmatix reserves the right to request such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying your eligibility or the validity of any Entry and refund may be withheld unless and until Scriptmatix is satisfied with the verification. Scriptmatix may in its sole discretion decline to enter into any correspondence save as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions. 8. Your money will be refunded by a cheque which will be sent, along with your original receipt, by post within 28 days after receipt of your sale receipt and serial number. 9. Scriptmatix reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances or reasons beyond Scriptmatix’s reasonable control. Scriptmatix’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding. Scriptmatix will not accept responsibility if the tournament is delayed or cancelled for any reason. This promotion is valid for the dates shown only. 10.
